French type Guillemin (DSP) symmetrical fire hose coupling is compliant with EN 14420-8 / NF E29-572. It connects fire hoses to hydrants, fire pumps and nozzles with a quick 1/4 turn.Made of lightweight aluminum A356-T6 (brass and stainless steel optional), with NBR/EPDM seals, available in DN25 to DN150 for fire fighting, industrial and road/rail tanker applications.

French Type Guillemin (DSP) Fire Hose Coupling
French type Guillemin coupling is a symmetrical quick coupling originally designed in France and manufactured to EN 14420-8 / NF E29-572. It is used to join fire hoses to fire hydrants, fire-engine pumps, water monitors and nozzles for the delivery of water or foam solution. Two identical halves, each with two lugs, are pushed together seal-to-seal and locked by turning the outer ring 1/4 turn with a hook wrench — no tools, no thread alignment, fast and reliable even in dark or wet conditions.
